No, it doesn't. A great bag, but one issue; it won't stand up on end unless it's stuffed full.

Manufacturer says measurements are 22x12x12 and they say it's 22x12x10. what are the real measurements?

Will this 22" one fit in the overhead bin on Delta airplanes? It seems to be an inch over their 45" total dimensions.
