The product quality is too good. It is a genuine leather and looks really official and classy. Definitely a headturner for sure. The bag conveniently holds a 15.6 inch laptop and have enough pockets and zips as required. The main bag for clothes and other stuff is also apt. Please note that this bag is meant for official/ business travel and not for holidays. If later is the intent get yourself something else. Coming to after sales service or support by the seller , it is one step above the bag itself. I had some issues with laptop size , doubts about trolley handle and stupid invoice related queries in my office for reimbursement. All were perfectly and very patiently handled by the seller himself. Will highly recommend both the product and the seller . Talk to him before you buy and you will get right things.
