I'm week 6 post bbl.I've used this since day 3 of surgery and it is a lifesaver. It's a mix of comfortable and uncomfortable, tbh. When I use the bottom pillow on a hard, wooden chair, I can't sit for very long. However, a plastic chair or padded office chair are definitely much more comfortable.Your thighs will start to fall asleep after awhile, and adjusting to using it in the car is hilarious. I keep the back padding in my car and only take the bottom piece with me, wherever I go.For the price and amount of time you actually use this, I'm glad I got it. It's the only thing that really allowed me to go back to work.

Necessary

This pillow and back cushion have held up well. I use it mainly for driving and sometimes when I choose to sit, but trying not to sit as much (post op BBL). Not sure how some purchase just a pillow without a back cushion because for me the back cushion is a must have especially when driving. The pillow is very firm which is why I took off 1 star but they probably need to be that way to provide the support that is needed.

Although this pillow is slightly expensive i am glad i got it. I needed this pillow more than i though and i am glad i made the investment. The back support was helpful with driving. I take my bbl pillow everywhere when i go out to eat or to a friends house etc. i am still using the pillow 2 months later after surgery.

Way too soft and short to lift my butt off a chair. As soon as you put weight on it, it completely sinks. Plane ride home after surgery was so impossible with this thing I had to stand the whole flight. Can’t even drive or sit. The comfort is great, but the purpose of it is to provide support and keep your butt off the seat and it definitely can’t do that.The fabric also collects lint and hair like CRAZY that is impossible to remove.
