I'm a big Donald Miller fan - I've been listening to his Business Made Simple podcast for a while, and his Marketing Made Simple book was full of really practical help. This book is great – I love the daily entries and the accompanying videos, and I got a lot out of it. I've now signed up to his Business Made Simple University too, which is full of really useful courses. Highly recommended!

Pretty sure the tips in this book got me my new job role. Audiobook gets extra thoughts from the author. Great to get the free videos also that are just as good as the content.

I really do like Donald Miller and I have several of his books as audio and print but gosh I wish he could write a business book without the constant 'go to www. blah blah blah' throughout it. This book, like every Donald Miller book, while containing great content, has a 'complimentary' website that is, ultimately all part of the drip drip sales process for high-ticket online material. It gets a bit annoying.Despite it's good content, and the ease of listening to him narrate the book, every Donald Miller book is part of the well thought out sales funnel and this one is no different.Every now and then I catch myself thinking "here we go again with the sales pitch" because, let's face it, that's what it is. You can't get the videos he refers to without giving their automated system your contact details, and there's loads of content skimmed over in the book in an attempt to get sign-ups for the $275 (minimum) per year online content.With a Donald Miller book, we are essentially paying for a 200 page sales pitch with a few juicy nuggets.

Wasted my money, this is only of any value if you work in America, it did not relate to UK business at all. Book did not flow at all, it was not a pleasure it was a chore reading it.

If you want to survive or move up in corporate environment, this book is a must have. Easy to read for people with no business background

This book was an easy read. The best part is that they make it applicable to your everyday routines.I struggled in sales and retention in personal training for a few years. I loved the concept of being a value-driven professional. It means that what I charge is about so much more than a dollar amount. Sales were a difficult task until I got new perspectives from this book.This book has been helpful to everyone I’ve shared it with.
