NO! Very small and it's not a toy. It's a dust collector!

The track moves, but it's tight and not smooth and free like a wheel on a toy car.

Hey what size is this thing? i ordered it for a cake and now I'm freaking out its actually 9 inches long!!

It is definitely too big to set on a cake unless you have a really large cake. However, that being said the only thing it is good for is setting on a cake! It is about 9 inches long
