We have been feeding Blue Wildernesses to our beloved dogs for many years now and were pleased with it. However, the last bag we opened had a weird white,hard “thing” in the kibbles. Whatever this is, is very hard and won’t break....bone,maybe??? They look like animal nails (not saying they are nails, but look like it).Not sure but whatever it is shouldn’t be in the kibble, it is nothing from the ingredients list. I made a claim with Amazon, and they replaced the bag no questions asked. Unfortunately, the new bag, which is from a different lot also has the darn things in it. I tried contacting Blue directly but they are out on a training and won’t be able to answer till Monday, February 5th...No one can answer for about a week really??? I’m very concerned and disappointed. The picture shows some of the kibble with the white pieces and chips that I pulled out of the kibbles trying to figure out what the heck this is.

Been feeding my dogs Blue Buffalo for three years. Everything was good until a month ago when both of my dogs started having stool problems. One of them had really bad diarrhea and would wake me up 3-5 times at night to go outside. I thought it wasn’t food related so I fed them home cooked food and they stopped having diarrhea. I switched them back on Blue Buffalo and the diarrhea is back. We saw a lot of similar recent reviews on consumer affairs about dogs getting very sick after eating BB since General Mills has bought it. I’m not buying BB anymore. For the price of it you’d expect to get a good quality product.

I've been feeding this to my Lola since I adopted her over two years ago. I started her on the Chicken Recipe but then switched to Salmon when her skin started to flake. I went against my vets recommendation then to switch off Blue all together. I read hundreds of reviews. I thought she was being paid to tell me to switch. Well, even though she has ZERO issues other than weight gain, they're being sued for many of their products containing lead. I read the saddest stories from people who lost their beloved pets. I take my pets health and wellness very seriously. I cannot believe they're facing a current class action lawsuit. Even though the salmon recipe was not on the list for containing lead I will not chance her getting sick or worse dying because of food I trusted to give her. Instead I am switching to Fromm and Grandmas. Blue, you better try to make this right. You lost this customer for life.

It’s sad for me to write a review since my dog loves blue wilderness. I normally buy it from petsmart blue wilderness salmon flavored blue bag. My dog ate it since I’ve had him. I ordered from amazon to save money since at the store it’s $60 and amazon is only $48 with delivery. My poor dog had severe diarrhea for two days and is recovering slowly. He ate the red bag salmon flavored and couldn’t control his bowels. It was a nightmare. Thinking maybe he had a bug, I fed him only Purina I that normally mixed in with blue wilderness and he ate a little bit. I tried to give him blue wilderness again and he did not go near his bowl for dinner and laid down. I dumped out his food and put the Purina to see if he would eat it not mixed with Blue wilderness, he ate two servings. I’m shocked that it was that bad of a reaction and the fact that he knew it made him sick. I will NOT be ordering from amazon ever again and pay extra at Petsmart.

I have been a Blue Buffalo customer since I got my dog a year ago. Last week I opened up a new bag of the food she always eats. 3 days later she was vomiting everywhere extremely lethargic and began refusing to eat her BB food for the next 4 days. I took her to the vet today to find out that it was the food she was avoiding and that there have been other dogs that have gotten sick with this new formula due to high lead levels! Please check the reviews before purchasing!

I have a 7 year old pit bull and she has horrible skin reactions is she intakes something that does not react properly with her body (she even flared up with veterinary prescription diet). After testing multiple food that works for her, we found a match which was the blue wilderness. I’ve always stopped by the pet retail stores to pick up her food but this time decided to order online (assuming it is the same stuff I get from the store). However since she’s started this bag, she’s been getting horrible diarrhea and even blood in her stool. I took her to the vet and all they could tell me was it was probably because of something she ate (at this point it is only the dog food i gave her). Doubtfully, I decided to stop by the store and pick up the exact same food and see how she reacts. No diarrhea, no blood after the next day. I know for sure I’m throwing out this bag and will never order it again.

My dog eats only Blue Wilderness grain free chicken dry dog food. I thought I’d enjoy the convenience of having my dogs food delivered directly to my home. After eating from this bag of food, she got sick and was throwing up. I thought she ate something I didn’t know about, but she refused to go near the food from this bag. After two days of not eating anything other than the milk bones I gave her, I bought a bag of this food at my local pet store and my dog ate as soon as I put the bowl down, there is something wrong with the bag of food I bought from this vendor. Save yourself, and your dogs stomach, and buy your dog food from a local pet store.

ブルー ウィルダネス 成犬用・ヘルシーウェイト・チキンは、以前に我が家の1歳の柴犬に与えておりました。こちらのブルー ウィルダネス 成犬用・チキン/アダルト・チキンと比較して大きな違いはタンパク質が32％から34％以上で脂質が10％から15％以上となっているところで、このブランドの胆であるグレインフリーは同じ。別ブランドのドックフードから再びブルー ウィルダネス へ変えてみると、我が家の柴犬はこの餌の味を覚えていたようですね。良い食い付きです。勢いが違います。ヘルシーウェイトよりタンパク質と脂質が多めですので旨みが増しているのかもしれません。あっという間に完食しました。愛犬が喜び、そして体にも良い安全な餌を与えたいですよね。トウモロコシや小麦やコメなどの穀物類は摂りすぎると太り、犬がアレルギーになりやすい食物です。犬は穀物類を消化しにくい体質であるから余計かもしれません。以上の事から、できれば穀物不使用のグレインフリーなドックフードを愛犬には食べさせてあげたいですよね。アメリカ製なので品質も安心。値は張りますが、その価値のあるドックフードであることは間違いありません。

ブルーバファローのライフプロテクション・フォーミュラを普段から愛用しています。かなり高いけど食いつきがいいのと、便の状態がとても良いので。そのブルーから発売されたプレミアムラインのようなので、期待して試してみました。穀類が入っていない高タンパクのフードのようですね。ブルバッファローより1キロ当たり100円くらい割高ですが、ブルーバッファロー自体が高額なフードなので、極めて高額なフードということになります。うちの犬はブルーバッファローと同じくらいの勢いでガツガツ食べました。翌日の便の状態も、ブルーバッファローと同様に良好です。…さて、ブルーバッファローからこの製品に乗り換える理由が難しい。長期間使えば、原材料の違いが毛艶や体調に影響してくるのかもしれませんが、いつのことになるか…。ちょっと難しい選択です。

アメリカのブルーバッファローという企業の製品です。日本語のHPもありますが、このウィルダネスシリーズの製品は日本のHPには載っていないようです。英語のHPには詳細が載っています。ライフプロテクションシリーズも高価なフードですが、このウィルダネスシリーズは更に高価です。理由は、一切の穀物を含んでいないグレインフリーだからです。ライフプロテクションのほうも、骨を抜いた肉、 鶏や家禽の副産物ミールの不使用、高価な全粒穀物 （玄米、大麦、オートミール）を使用、野菜も種類豊富に含まれている など、十分に安心できる原材料です。こちらは全粒穀物も一切入っていません。原材料を見ると、サーモン、チキン、えんどう豆、ニシン、タピオカ、トマトなどと続きます。この原材料なら高くなるだろうなと納得できます。犬が近いとされる狼からインスピレーションを得て作られたフードです。中身は三角形のドライフードと黒い粒です。匂いは結構強めで、いかにもドッグフードという匂いです。人間にとっていい香りではないですね。材料は良いはずなのですが、美味しい匂いがしないためか食いつきとしてはあまり良くはないです。飛びつく感じではなく、置いてあったらそのうち食べるという感じです。HPも情報豊富で安心できます。家の近所の取扱店舗も検索できます。そしてアメリカ企業らしく、満足できない場合は返金までしてくれます。HPのFAQより。（ブルーバッファロー製品には、100%満足保証が付いています。万が一ご満足いただけない場合は、BLUE製品のパッケージとレシートを、事務局宛てまでご返送ください。全額ご返金申し上げます ）高価なフードですが、安心できる原材料、満足保証を含めて考えると良い物だと思います。
