I ordered these and the first set came and the soft brush shed everywhere. The company was so sweet and replaced it because they said it shouldn’t be shedding. I was concerned, but figured I’d try it again. The second brush- no shedding! So if your soft brush is shedding, definitely contact the company.The soft brush is REALLY soft. It isn’t near as rough as the fingernail scrubber they use on the baby in the hospital. The soft brush will do absolutely nothing for cradle cap. But it brushes the tiny baby hairs really well. And my daughter loves having her hair brushed with this brush.The hard bristle brush isn’t really for babies. It is more for toddler hair. I use it for my two year old. He still has baby-ish hair, but it isn’t as thin and short as baby hair. The hard bristle brush works really well for him, especially if his hair is wet after a bath.I’m not the biggest fan of the comb. I think I just don’t like combs. My husband is super impressed with the comb. However, if baby get some dry scalp issues, the comb is the way to go getting some of that to loosen and get off their head. (I use apricot oil on the head and the comb with this comb to clear it pretty quickly.)The entire set is really cute looking. They look cute sitting out. They would make an awesome baby gift or even as decoration for a nursery or baby shower. They really are adorable. And now that I have one that isn’t shedding goat hair everywhere, I’m happy with how they actually work, as well.

We've had these for a month now and absolutely love them! The wooden bristle brush is perfect for my 4 year old daughters curly hair because it detangles with little ouchies and massages the scalp at the same time. The ever so soft goat bristle brush is PERFECT for my 1 year olds pixie bob. It is so gentle but actually brushes really well. I am also really pleased with the look and quality of the brushes/comb. It's important for me to purchase things that are functional, will stand up to abuse (baby loves to throw them around) and are nice to look at :) This set would be a wonderful and practical gift for a new mother!

Recently bought this brush and comb set as a gift for my daughter who is expecting her first child in January. This is a top notch product that features smoothly polished natural wood handles on all 3 items: a soft-bristled brush, a wonderful detangler brush (how handy will that be when my granddaughter has lots of fine hair that will inevitably get tangled as she romps and plays?), and a lovely little carved wooden comb. This set is so nice that it needs to be displayed on the dresser top and not hidden away! Lovely, top quality product that I would highly recommend for gift giving!

3 pack1) one with white hair- This is the softest, most luxurious comb for my newborn baby’s hair.I got a couple of others as gift but as a new mom I have always used this as it feels the softest on scalp. My only issue is comb hair are not attached firmly and shed after every use. However after years of use. The brush is still strong and good.2) the one with wood bristles- haven't usedmuch but would be good for scalp massaging.3) wood comb- works great after toddler years or if the hair are long.Edit- new born is a preschooler now, and I am still using its wood comb to comb his hair. This set has served me well close to 4 years now. Happy mom!I do recommend it.Hope this helped you making a decision..

The brush bristles is so soft and don’t really shed. The wood is sturdy. Highly recommend.
