I dislike when reviewers mentions durability, looks, comfort...does it eliminate pain??

I've been using it for a while now, usually one hour at a time. It feels very nice on my neck and shoulders and never looses the heat like my microwave heating pads. Does it eliminate pain? Good question. In my tough case of rotator cuff inflammation, unfortunately I don't so. I will keep trying because I'm an optimist and perhaps someday it will.

I know im asking customers and not manufacturer, but wouldn't the stones get in the way of the infrared rays ?

Heating the stones, the stones then emit the infrared... (saw it in the descriptions from their site).

How do I wash this? I have 3 for my family and they are all asking the same questions.
