I would purchase again. I do think it should come with the mounting hardware. I received it and before I could install I had to order the mounting hardware.

Sturdy and beautiful!

The whale now swims in a sea of blue skies in Maui, Hawaii. The produce is well made. We live at the top of a gulch that gets high winds constantly. It stands up to the wind and daily rains well!Mahalo

Arrived damaged

While cute, after ordering twice arrived both times damaged. Very disappointed.

Very Attractive, but

Love the whale weathervane, but it does not point the wind direction correctly. We have another of the Good Directions weathervanes (a Pig) that is good at wind direction. The whale, however, spends a lot of time swaying back and forth as if it is indecisive. Am thinking of tying a tail on it's tail (like a kite) to see if the extra drag will assist the whale in making a decision...

Shipment took awhile but worth the wait

First shipment got lost but they replaced it quickly and was totally worth the wait. This looks awesome on our waterfront property and I would absolutely purchase again.
