Soft pliable double leather and very protective
Excellent design, the way the tab tapers small to large across the finger tips. Leather is soft and pliable yet very protective of finger tips. I shoot 70” recurve 35#@28” with 31” draw so pounds is more like 40#. Long slender fingers (I’m 6-4, 230#) … I did not have to trim and fits just right. Excellent tab. Also, like to support small creative businesses and that the tab is hand made with integrity.

Support First Nations
Standing Wolf provides a whole range of solid traditional archery products and this is no exception. To be honest, it’s hard to mess up an archery tab and this one does what it’s supposed to do. I would like to see a bit more backbone in the tab; this one has a tendency to flick off the string and slap your cheek if you get a little to close. The stitching is a bit loose, but it is hand-stitched moosehide. The one thing I really take issue with is the paracord finger loop; there are classier ways to take care of that bit that would look fit better. Leather with a leather button, for one. All in all, though, not a bad finger tab. And you’re supporting First Nations, which is never a bad thing.

Best I've ever used.
Today, I'm ordering another of these tabs, I have used what I thought were the best tab made, from black widow have used them since the sixties. I ordered this tab and hated to try it because it just seemed funny so to speak. After shooting with it, I found it is the smoothest I've ever tried, right out of the package. I'm ordering another today to have for back. I love it

Very nice tab
Thought maybe the tab would be a piece of stiff leather that would take weeks to break in. Not so. Ready to use immediately. Felt like I had been using it for months. Smooth as a baby cow's butt. So much better than the three finger glove I was using. And it looks great too. I may order another one while they're still available.

It's suede leather
It might actually be moose hide but it's the under belly of it, suede leather is soft and has a very coarse grip, shooting with my practice limbs 37# i don't get a Clean release it's grippy so it twerks my string, it's why all tabs are made out of full grain leather. I don't recommend this period, there's cheaper tabs out there with a smoother surface and a tougher grain.

Very nice
I'm new to archery but this tab is really nice. Feels good in the hand and seems easy to trim down.

Poor loose stitching.
For 27$ I though I'd get a quality leather tab I bought two as a backup. The leather is suede like other customers have said , it's too soft along with the backing you could almost roll this tab in a ball. Being too soft you can not get a good release. I sent the unused tab back. I'll throw the used in the sucker pile. The best tabs are Cordova period!

Nice tab, but not for me
This is a nicely made tab. Solid stitching and soft but sturdy leather. However, I don't think shooting with a tab is for me. I've always been a glove shooter and heard tabs can help tighten up groups but I struggle to find a consistent anchor point. I'll keep it in my gear bag as a backup or to pass along to another archer in need.
