I bought this for a 114mm Meade Polaris Telescope. Mine is the 900mm focal length on equatorial mount. I was very impressed by the clarity this eyepiece has. I am able to clearly see the rings around Saturn and the cloud bands of Jupiter. Far superior to other inexpensive eyepieces that I have purchased.

I've been using this eyepiece on an old Celestron C-8 in a highly light- and heat-polluted urban environment. So of course the image quality is not superb under these conditions, but passers-by who take their first look at the moon's craters so "close up" are still excited by what they see. So it is absolutely worth it.
