Very Mild
I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I had to used nearly 3/4 bottle in 200ml of creamto make vanilla whipped cream.I've checked some recipes and the recommended amount is 1/2 a teaspoon to 1 cup of creamwhich is roughly 230mlThe taste is nice, but again mild, quite sweet, luckily I added this before sugar as I had to useless sugar in my recipe.It smells really nice, the consistency was also quite thick like a hot golden syrup.I don't know if this is a bad batch, a bad product or if my expectations were too high.I've given it a 3 star for theses reasons

Vanilla Essence - the Best!
What more can I say. Use it for Ice-creams, Yoghurts, Milk Shakes, Drinks - maybe a little dribble in gravy?
