I recently purchased the grip strength trainer kit and I must say that for the price, it is a very good deal! The kit includes a total of 7 items, which is great value for money. The Smart Hand Gripper, Wrist Strengthener, Finger Exerciser, Finger Stretcher Resistance Bands, Grip Enhancer Grip Ring, and Stress Relief Grip Ball are all good products that are perfect for strengthening and exercising your hands, fingers, wrist, elbows, and forearms.I particularly enjoy using the forearm trainer, which has helped me to strengthen my wrist that I previously broke from an accident. The adjustable hand grip is also of very good quality and is one of my favorite items in the kit. It's easy to adjust the resistance from 22-132lbs to suit your needs, which makes it an excellent addition to any workout routine.Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase of the grip strength trainer kit.

Best price I found for this much stuff, however this stuff is pretty cheaply made, I don't expect anything but the stress ball to survive very long.

Pretty good product but I would say more for a females hand then a grown man’s hand everything was pretty small

I like the fact that you get a variety of items to exercise the fingers and wrists.

I had to do therapy and strengthening for tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow. The equipment helped SO MUCH! I highly recommend this!

the finger thingies are meh, the finger clicky thing feels cheap and is hard to use. The bagel is great! The egg thing is stick for some reason. The grip gun is awesome, pretty good.
