What is length if 60” wide?

The length of felt is 20 inches

i want it 2metres long, if I order 4 x 0.5m will it be in one piece?

As just answered, I am fairly certain it comes in one length but you purchase it at the half a metre price.

Is it pre-cut to half meter pieces, or cut on the spot? basically, i need a whole piece of 1m x 1.50m: would i get one if i order two units?

It's been a long time since I ordered but I am fairly certain that you can order any length (1.50m wide) but in half a metre increments. My piece had a few little snags but overall was really good quality.

Felt is like cardboard

Bought this felt and find it very hard to work with as it is not fabric but cardboard like material. No play in it at all. Won't be buying it again. Really disappointing.
