How to clean this product? Is dishwasher safe?

Not dishwasher safe. I do hand wash with soap and water careful to not get water into the ball; it’s better than nothing. If water does get it I shake it out best I can. A couple times won’t cause problems. Otherwise wipe with damp paper towel. Not sure about sanitizing in any way. I wouldn’t be comfortable using any sanitizing wipes or sprays not knowing what residues get left behind, personally. I think the plastic can withstand that occasionally. Maybe rubbing alcohol followed by water.

What is there this warning label " small parts. not for children under 3 yrs." when the product is a rattle for babies 12 months and under? confused.

It was recommended by my son's physical therapist and never had a problem with it. He was 3 months old at that time and really helped with his neck exercises.

This product is manufactured in China but it complies to all CPSIA criteria.

Two Month Old Favorite

This toy was great for helping my two month old get comfortable grabbing. The stage before they can grab, my baby would sometimes get bored just batting, this toy kept her engaged and helped her start actually grabbing on. Durable, lightweight, easy to clean. Color is as advertised.

Great for newborn enrichment

The first toy my baby actually took an interest in. Now at four months it still soothes her when she gets fussy in the car. I wonder if they could make a version of this with soft fabric instead of hard plastic.

Keeps baby’s attention

The colors, textures, and sound all entertain the baby. Great toy for tracking and reaching. I hang it up on my play gym and it keeps my baby engaged. Also a great teether. The different sizes of the rings make it easy for the baby to grasp. Would definitely buy again and recommend to parents for babies going through milestones starting at 2-3 months. Baby is almost 5 months now and still likes to play with it.

My twins love this! Our occupational therapist recommended it, and the twins are always playing with it! It is fantastic for encouraging developmental milestones. Baby loves it, super durable

Saw this on a list of best baby toys, and now, almost 5 months later, I can say this is the toy that keeps on giving. One of those rare toys that interested my newborn right from the start, and still one she loves (now she likes shaking it). Well made and durable. Definitely recommend!
