Q: My Moen valve is numbered 111620, would this kit fit it?

Watch several YouTube on replacing the cartridge and observe the handle lever or round.. .replaced mine and no problems.

Q: After install, There is very low water pressure and it's not the shower head or tubing, suggestions?

My suggestion would be to return it and order straight from Moen or whatever company made your bathtub fixtures. We bought two from Amazon and neither worked properly.
