This bag (black) is quite beautiful. The leather is lovely. No marks on leather, no nicks on hardware. Zippers open and close very smoothly. I have a 13" computer that slips in effortlessly along with all my other junk. No downsizing necessary for me with this bag. It's not gigantesque, which I was worried about. The over-the-shoulder strap is long enough for me (I'm 5'10"). The bag is stable with enough stuff in it - if not, it'll fall over.Purses and bags like this are a completely new experience. I've really only ever carried backpacks. One was a small Coach, the body of which is perfect and worn beautifully, but the strap stitching came undone after years of wear. The others have all been Jansport backpacks. Hopefully, this will wear well.I bought a somewhat smaller Heshe bag (dubbed on Amazon as "Heshe Leather Shoulder Bag Womens Tote Top Handle Handbags Cross Body Bags for Office Lady" :)) that I would basically say the same about. I sort of prefer that small amount of difference in size and the shape of this smaller bag, but the strap isn't quite as long so it wears higher than I really like. Also it's too small for my 13" computer - it'd never fit in there with all my regular stuff I carry anyway, but the opening won't allow it to go in anyway. I was pretty sure this would be the case when I ordered it, so I can't complain. The only thing I really don't love about it is that the zippered opening isn't the full width of the bag (as compared to the other) so it makes it a little harder to get everything in, just a little.If I were to keep just one bag, it would be the one for this review, but not (so far anyhow) because of any lack on the part of the smaller bag, manufacture, quality, etc., only due to my personal use.My rating is based on having it for a little over a week and I don't that much call to really put it through its paces due to working from home, COVID, etc. Will update if necessary.

I have never been able to say that I find pleasure in carrying a handbag; it’s just a necessary item in my life. But i can truly say that this handbag is great. It’s so comfortable to carry, stylish, and well made. It came very quickly and i was packaged very securely...everything was wrapped and it came with a bag to protect it from dust, etc. The leather is heavy duty. It did not have a strong smell and what odor it did have dissipated after an hour out of the box. I included a pic with this bag next to one of my “genuine leather” bags...big difference. It has metal feet on the bottom. It has a slouch to it but it’s still very sturdy and stand up beautifully when it is filled with stuff. The inside lining is this pretty chocolate brown thick statin fabric, it’s not going to rip very easily. The organization inside the bag is so useful. I can fit my iphone 6 plus with case in one pocket, keys in the other, 2 medium makeup bags, large double zip wallet, sunglasses in the case, gum, hand cream, pens...it all fits. And I can get to everything quickly with out taking things out. The shoulder straps stay on your shoulder; this was a concern for me because I like bags with one strap. But these straps are adjustable and it is easy to take on and off your shoulder. I have had this bag for 2 weeks and I am beyond satisfied with my purchase. I will be order another bag from the Heshe line.

Beautiful bag. Fittings, pulls and zippers are solid. Straps are substantial. Really a bargain for the quality.EDIT: So I've had this bag for 3 months now and I couldn't be happier! It's a little larger than most bags I've owned but I find that this is hardly a problem. I carry a makeup bag, full-size wallet, tablet, my phone, two chargers, legal documents, and still have room for whatever extras I may need to take with me on my out-and-about times. I'm 5ft 2 in tall, and the straps fit very nicely across my shoulder. Never have a problem with it even when fully loaded. At first, I used the cross-shoulder strap, but found that it hung a little low on the hip for me when walking (even at the shortest length possible, and I do wish the strap had a little tab to hold the excess strap in place but that's not worth taking away a star for, imo). Now I just keep the shoulder strap folded up inside the bag in case I want to put it on and actually, I haven't yet.The leather has a very heavy and substantial feel to it. It's very deeply textured in a pebble-type pattern and is wearing very well, slowly softening and just now beginning to develop its own warm patina and shape through daily use. I actually look forward to what this bag will look like a few years from now! With the simple design and quality materials I'm expecting they will give it a lot of character as the years go by and I intend to have a lot of years of use out of this truly well-made, versatile bag with timeless style.The interior and lining are very well made. I like the way it's divided up on the inside and for the first time in a long time I don't have to root through my purse to find what I'm looking for -- even as roomy as it is. I have my keys, phone, reading glasses, etc. right where I want them.

Spent a long time shopping and decided on this handbag. I am soo pleased with it! It’s the perfect size. The leather is beautiful with a soft satin lining. The zippers are strong. High quality piece. I am loving it!

Gorgeous bag at a good price. My last day bag needs replacement. Searched high and low for one that can accommodate all the items that I need for work and for daily travel. This is almost the only handbag which offers a larger size with zipper closure. The style, material and hardware are all of high quality. I own a lot of leather handbags (name brands) and a few bonded-leather ones. Short of cutting it open, I would say it looks and feels like a genuine leather bag. There is no strange smell at all. The packaging was excellent. Well-done, Heshe!UPDATE May 4, 2018: I have a problem with one of the handle straps. Brought it to the attention of the Seller. She went above and beyond to have the issue resolved promptly. Excellent customer service!! :)

I love this bag! Not only is it super stylish, it is made of excellent quality leather and hardware! I really love the leather shoulder strap, it is beautiful with its buckle design. The size of this bag is also great! Although ideally it would be even better a few inches larger, it is exactly as it is described and I am able to fit my 13" laptop, work folders, iPhone, keys, wallet and much more in it without any trouble.I would recommend this bag highly for any professional woman looking for a trendy work bag! It can also be used as a large purse for everyday. Either way, you cannot go wrong!

The bag is great.good space and very useful for laptop and hold lot of stuff. The strap is bit too long.
