The shape and size if this product was hopeful in being a good neck support but it's made of very hard plastic and it's not comfortable t rest on. If it had some pliable density that could be firm but not rock hard, it could work. Just too hard for comfort.

It’s to hard

I have used a number of neck stretchers similar to this "REARAND 3 in 1 Neck Cloud", and it certain performs as expected for stretching my neck. It is made of a pretty hard plastic, which while a little soft, I find myself putting a soft blanket over prior to use. The padding of the blanket doesn't get in the way either, because this neck stretcher does not really have any knubs to hit trigger points in your neck, which is something I really like with other brands. Even though those trigger points may looks aggressive and painful on some models, I find they hit certain spots real nice and help me relax better and even get a bit of a massage and don't hurt at all. This REARAND stretcher does not do that for me, but it never really advertised that it does. If you are looking purely for a neck stretcher that doesn't dig into your muscle, this is it, and I have no issue recommending it for that usage.

I received this REARAND 3 in 1 Neck Stretcher as part of a promotion. Here is what I found:1. The Welcome Guide was missing when I received it. I was able to go back to the product listing and find some instructions, but that was inconvenient.2. It took me some time to be able to figure out how to get my head into position so that my head was not resting on the top curve of the stretcher. In order to get my head to drop downward, the stretcher had to be under my shoulders. That being the case, the massage nodes were in a very uncomfortable spot on my shoulders.3. I turned around and tried the stronger traction side just in case that was what I really needed. I actually wound up having some neck pain after using this side.4. The stretcher is very, very firm, and maybe it just takes a while to get used to it. I think I might need a softer style to start out with and get my neck adjusted to it.5. I turned around and tried this as a lumbar stretcher in my office chair. That was not as bad.This stretcher might work perfectly for someone with a longer neck. It just did not work for me.

Really straight my neck and release any uncomfortable pain.
