Should I go by the size chart or the size selection when ordering? They are different.

I ordered an XL based on the selection (14-16) but that was big and loose for me in the chest area so I should have stuck with L (10-12) in the selection which is L(12-14) in the size chart or XL (12-14) (was not available in the design I liked) so I would say go by the Size chart and try your luck.

Does this swimwear have soft cup bra inside?

Yes, it's a swimsuit with soft cup.

I didn't purchase this particular piece, however I did buy another from Zando and it was a one piece. Very comfortable and flattering.

does the black bleed in the pool or wash?

Yes. The black bled into the white on mine on the first wash. I washed it in cold water on the gentle cycle with gentle detergent formulated for delicate fabric like Bras. It’s a bummer because I really liked the swimsuit. 🙁
