We received our spa cover a few days before it was due, and that was a wonderful surprise! The box was light enough that I could pull it up to the spa and open it. It was easy to remove from the packaging - I’m 76 and did this all myself! The cover fit perfectly and is exactly what we wanted. I can’t express how happy we are with this spa cover, and the price!

What a beautiful cover! I found a small blemish on the fabric, but you can barely even notice it. It seems well constructed. I added 1/2” to all of the measurements taken to offset the variance some have reported with the fit. Fits perfectly! It was delivered about 3 weeks early from the projected date given too. The only gripe (if I had to other than the blemish would be the shipper). There was no communication about ‘when’ it would be delivered nor did they deliver to the driveway as I had requested. Found it on my front porch when I came home at lunch. Not exactly an ‘small’ box to maneuver at 80” X 40”. Even so, if you need a new cover, order one here. Will update review at some point.

I bought this for an order outdated spa with no existing cover. The cover arrived before expected and fit perfect. I was impressed with the quality of materials as well. The manufacturer reached out after I ordered to ensure the measurement info was correct. Overall very pleased with the purchase.

Fit perfect, I just wish I measured the skirt to be a little longer, my fault. My lift fit just like the old cover. Think I'll buy a separate thin cover to protect the UV better. Arrived early which was great. Happy with the quality so far. A couple of hundred cheaper then at the spa store.

This product seems to be well-made and looks good; however it does not fit my hot tub because of the extremely poor customer service by this company. When sending in my order, I did not quite understand how they wanted the corners measured, so I put "maybe - need help" on the order. Then, that very day I called the company to get a response from them about the measurements. There are only two numbers given, a customer service number and a sales number. I called customer service and it went to voice mail, so I said please do not begin work on this order until we can talk and left my info. I then called the sales number and went through the same thing on that answering machine. I did the same thing for 6 days until I finally heard from a gentleman who said in a non-interested voice that I was too late because the product had been finished and was ready for delivery. i went through all the times I had previously called and never gotten a return call, and he said simply they were busy. The nice-looking product arrived and did not fit. They would not take a return and had already received payment. I believe this is the first time I've ever written a bad notice about a company, but I believe it was the worst "customer service" I have ever received from anyone.

This is a big-ticket item and I ordered through Amazon because I was confident of their support if there were any issues. Despite delays from the manufacturer and shipper, Mike (at MySpa Cover) came through for us. We had serious time-constraints and he was responsive and did what was necessary to work with the shipper to get the cover to us as promised. The local shipper in the Seattle area (Clayton Transport) was wonderful too. They called ahead and give me a delivery window - and then offered to carry the bulky box to wherever we needed. The cover fits like a glove and the quality is adequate. After my experience with Mike, I have no reason to think they won't stand behind their product. I wouldn't hesitate to order again from MySpa Cover via Amazon.

Plenty of options for customization for anyone to get what they need. Our old cover was thin with no slope so the snow and moisture just sat on it. We looked at local options that were much pricier with fewer features, we have now spent about a year with this cover and it is holding up well and has reduced our operating costs of the spa with the upgraded insulation. My only little critique (and I understand their side) was that I was wanting the fold to go different then they were recommending due to placement of our controls and placement of spa in relation to the winds of our area and there were a couple too many questions and verification emails then I felt necessary from them delaying the start of production of our cover. Overall very happy with the value of this cover and its performance. I do keep it covered with an additional nylon cover to keep this one from breaking down from sun and weather exposure.
