I was looking for a cheap tablet for my daughter and well that is exactly what I got.

Dissatisfied
The tablet was received however it was not updated. It is not able to connect to wiFi. I gave it as a Christmas gift and I was embarrassed to find out that it wasn't working. I also saw the scratches on the back of the tablet. Very embarrassing. Please do not sell like this anymore. I paid for a working good condition tablet and that is what I expected.

Take nothing for granted
Bought this item for a customer and regretted it. This item (great condition) never function well the first day of usages it was sticking/freezing by the end of the week it crash and was brought back. I didn't see it as anything major just thought i needed a reset. I reset it and that was it. The tablet wont pass the Android logo and they seem to be no support for this device i'm looking all around to find firmware/etc to fix/reload this device (its my line of work) and cant fine any so i'm stuck just as the tablet is probably got the worst out of the patch..
