Is it easy to adjust the height? Can it be done by one person?

It is a decent light table. But, NO, the legs cannot be adjusted by one person (unless that person has three hands 8^)). Let me explain: The left side of the table and the right side of the table each has a pair of legs. Each pair of legs is mechanically one unit. To adjust the leg height on either side, one must simultaneously push in a pair of spring loaded buttons; each button is on the outside of each leg, near the length midpoint. So one hand is required for EACH button. While both spring loaded buttons are depressed (which occupies both hands simultaneously), a third hand is required to simultaneously push (or pull) on the cross-member between the legs to effect the adjustment. Bottom line is you need 3 hands to adjust the legs; 2 for the pair of spring loaded buttons and 1 for the cross-member. Regardless, I think it is a good light duty folding table.
