Is the shade adjustable with different angles?

Yes. It does move up and down and sideways on the bar. You can loosen it and the tighten it at the angle you want.

Is there directions to put this chair togdther

Pretty simple directions come with it.

I need a replacement removable shade canopy? relax in shaded bliss underneath a 46-inch removable shade canopy made of polyester to help block the sun

Amazon does not have replacements but I found replacement pad and canopy on Walmart's website. Colors are different though. I have gray and they were out of stock in that color.
