Delk 41269 5 in 1 Stainless Steel Money Clip, Silver

I'm a frequent air traveler who made approx. 20 flights with this clip on my person since I puchased it in November 2011. TSA confiscated this clip from me yesterday, July 23, 2012. claiming that the "knife" could be used as a weapon. I told the agent that I only used it to clean my fingernails, to no avail. I like this little tool, and will have to order another one.

Great low price but well built. Tools are nice and the whole thing does not add a lot of weight or bulk. My husband likes it a lot! He didn't have a lot of cash on him when we opened the package, but the money clip held 4 bills folded twice very securely.

Money clip is thin and will not hold small numbers of bills, anything less than five and they slip out. Get ten bills in there and it stretches so that it won't hold less. Knife was great, clip was junk. Ended up going back to pocket knife and seperate money clip. Threw it out. I did not try and return it as I had already bent the housing trying to get more tension on the clip.

The actual money clip (clamp) part is cemented (or welded) to the bottom (knife,file, scissor) part and is not an intergral part of the whole. SO, you must be sure have your money facing just right or the bills will not slide beneath the clip because they hang up. OR, you can be sure that your folded bills have the rounded,folded,edge facing the clip so that they will then not hang up. But if you pay little money, you should expect little satisfaction.

The device arrived and was as described. My problem is that I didn't put enough stock in a previous reviewers report that the reverse bend flares out too much. It is not as evident in the picture as it is in your pocket, but that final angle of the "put stuff here" opening is definitely more intense than it needs to be. I suppose that's fine if you are wearing chain mail pocket liners, but the cotton pockets in my denim jeans will not stand up to that (too sharp) final edge. I tried to file it down some so that it wouldn't be trying to escape the confines of my pocket, but just wound up with a different too-sharp edge. So now it sits in the bottom of my night stand drawer on permanent "stand by for assorted dangling threads" duty.

The tools were easy to get to and in good shape, and the clip did what it was supposed to.

I'm so glad I found some of these (I bought 3). Zippo used to make then at a much higher price. The clip is very strong and doesn't get loose like some similar products. The knife is very sharp as are the scissors. Cool product.
