Q: I am interested in these shoes. Why is the width not indicated?

They have a wider width like most Skechers, more than a medium but not 4E either. I found they run a little bigger in length also so I added a few heel pads that helped the slippage.

Q: Can you slip into these?

Yes, I bought these for airport travel and then slip on and off easily

Q: can the memory foam be removed for cleaning and/or replacement with better arch support?

The insoles have a mild adhesive so they’re secure but it appears to me by lifting a corner that they can can be removed and a orthopedic inserted.

Q: Are these more geared for as an indoor slipper rather than being outside with them on?

no. this is a tennis shoe meant to be worn outside. probably not robust enough for trails but walking outside is good
