I've put the ring in it because it is small and I can conceal it on me for surprising my soon to be fiancé.The only thing I'd like to see is something to stop the lid from sliding left and right a few millimeters when closed. It's a little loose on the non-hinge side.

Very nice little wood ring box.
Our 25th wedding anniversary is coming up, and I am giving my wonderful wife an Antique 14k gold and diamond ring when we renew our vows. I was trying to think of a way to give it to her in a special way to give it too her so i looked up ring box on Amazon and found this one. It is a very nice, well made little box and just perfect for my anniversary.

Great ring box, but…
It was a great box and impeccably made. I just wish that the felt inside was more snug. My fiancé’s ring is thin and it was free moving around the box and I was worried about the ring jumping around in the box while it was in my pocket. Other than that, it was great. The craftsmanship is beautiful.

Okay I’ll be honest it smelled weird because of the glue they used for the velvet interior, but that was easily solved by leaving it open overnight. I absolutely love the little thing and can’t wait to propose with it!!

Not useful
Was very excited about this box to use as a place to store my ring when I am not wearing it. My engagement ring has a narrow band and the slot in this box is far too large for it so it's useless. Additionally the writing on it is not straight so it doesn't look good. Have to now go through the trouble to return it.
