IThe XXL is the size I ordered . The gentleman wearing the shirt is 6ft4 and about 360 pounds ? It’s tight on him but wearable. Good luck

Easy, depends upon one of three factors, one, look like the model, certainly nothing but skin; two, if you are carrying a few extra pounds, better bring out the black one; and three, if you just like an open shirt but not skin showing, choose the white one.
