Useless after a few months.
I purchased this bag to use on a four day vacation, then only wore it a handful of times after. The hardware got scratched up almost immediately. The zipper broke after just a few months of ownership. I'm not rough on my bags. I had it safely tucked in my closet in between uses. Now I can't use it at all. Total waste of money. I understand wear and tear over time, but this is ridiculous.
