Walnut is a stunning wood which can range from dark brown to creamy beige colors. Every mug is handcrafted in a way that highlights the wood grains as much as possible.. After the woodwork is completed the mug is entirely covered in a clear FDA rated plastic which allows the beauty of the wood to show on the inside and outside. The coating is also what makes the mug safe to drink from. The mugs can be used for hot or cold drinks. Hot coffee temperature is fine, we do not recommend using boiling liquids in the mug. Wood is an excellent insulator. It is lighter than glass or ceramic and incredibly durable. Caring for your mug is simple. Please do not put your mug in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer. Hand wash the mug using a soft cloth and regular dish soap. Actual coloring of mug may vary from photo. You will be receiving one as beautiful if not more beautiful than the one in photo.
