I hate that these boards come in white. Boards get so stained from the vegetables. Is it the same for these?

It so far stains when I initially cut the vegetables but nothing has been permanent; a quick rinse or running it through the wash cleans it.

I measured these with my digital caliper. The smallest one is .32". The medium sized board is .36" and the largest cutting board is .40" thick.

Can you cut on both sides of the board??

Both sides can be used for cutting. Both sides have the non-grip feature. Only 1 side has the groove to catch juices.
