Candles are very dangerous to health
The media could not be loaded. Very bad, cheap meterial of candles, always provide bad taste of water. Filter is overall good but candles are very worst. Candles are made up of cheap Chuna. After drinking Chuna water, was suffering from stomach ache.

Water tastes farty after filtering
We have aquagard filter for our house, but wanted extra protection for our family visiting from outside India. We took aquagard water, then boiled it, then used this carbon filter. After using this filter, the water tasted worse, and smelled like sulfur (farts). No return policy. No way to contact seller for support.

For house hold use its perfectly suitable. If there is no moter or direct drinking water supply in your house buy this, fill water by your self and it will be purified in an hour, drink is as it is or store in clay pot or in freezer and drink bure water by nature means.Great Product.
