This is the second ironing board cover I ordered. The first one, although it said it fit a 15" x 54" ironing board, it was several inches too short. Aggravating - instead of getting on with my project, time was spent doing a return and searching for a new cover that didn't cost a fortune and yet was a quality product. I'm very pleased with this one!! Too bad I didn't order this in the first place. Padding is good, especially with keeping the old cover underneath the new one. It is a bit sticky, but that will get better in time. I'm not sure about the stain resistance - have not used it enough to make a solid determination. This is an excellent value for the price!

I am so happy with this replacement iron board cover, it is better than the cheap original cover that came on the board. This cover is heat resistant, and was easy to put on my board. It is versatile enough to fit several sizes of ironing board, which I was concerned about. I really like how thick it is, and it looks stylish with the silver coating. I would highly recommend this one, if you want a smooth iron and less wrinkles.

This cover fits great and was easy to put on. I wish the padding was a little thicker and steam proof.. I do a lot of steam ironing and have found with this pad as well as others that the steam goes right through and causes the ironing board to rust.

I love this product! It was so easy to put on our ironing board and make nice and tight. The padding is very substantial and definitely thicker than any I have used before. I really believe that it makes ironing my clothes easier because the finish of the material is so nice and disperses the heat very evenly. I wish I had ordered this a long time ago. I highly recommend this product.

Very easy to put on board, comes with enough cushion to be perfect. The velcro pulls are excellent. In addition, you get a mesh flat piece to put over any delicate items so that it does not scorch them. Ironing feels very smooth. This Board Cover and pad set is everything I need. There might be only 1 item I would like, another velcro pull -together at the point of the board, just to pull it a bit tighter, although it stays pretty tight without it. I would recommend this item to anyone looking for good value and a great cover and pad set.

Previously I had an older and thinner cotton pad on my ironing board, and it not only stained with burn marks, but it was not waterproof. Any water from the steam iron leaked through, soaked the pad in the spot, and eventually left a rust stain on the board. This new pad is super thick and protective, and I don't think the previous problems I had would happen with this new pad. I am also excited, as it is very smooth (I'm sure iron will glide with ease) and reflective vs. a cotton one. It was very easy to put on the ironing board, and it had plenty of room for a bigger board, if needed.
