It worked great when baking sourdough bread. I used the last pack to make my own starter and that too worked! Don't need to buy this anymore 😉

I lost my starter while shifting. So i orderedAlla's posh flavors Sourdough starter and wasn't disappointed.Made Sourdough bread and crackers, pancakes with discards. Also nice of posh flavors for hand holding me throughout the process as INSTRUCTIONS was missing in the pack as advertised. I feel they also should have instructions of not only how to make the starter but also of basic sourdough bread for first timers. I refridgerated starter for next time. Go for it!
