Is this unisex with men? If I’m normally a size 6 or medium women, should I order a small or medium?

I would say yes, unisex. I usually wear a men's XL and that's the size I purchased. It fits great, but is not fitted on the sides at all.

I'm 5'10 and about 155lbs, what size would best fit me.

This is an Adult size shirt. Small is 18" armpit to armpit and 28" in length. Add 2" in width and 1" in length for each size up

How does this shirt size run?

Mine was tight in the arms and a stretchy material. I would say it runs small, or, based on other answers, that they don’t always use the same shirt stock for screen printing. I had washed mine so I ended up throwing it out.
