I purchased Maddie to use as a model for my crochet baby items. I was looking for a life-size newborn baby doll to try my crocheted baby booties, hats and clothing on to make sure they will fit a newborn (approximately 7-lb.) baby. I wasn't sure if I liked her face from the pictures online, but was pleasantly surprised to see her in person! She has so much personality! I wish she was a real life baby! Her eyes sparkle when she looks at me and her grin just makes me smile! I actually talk to her throughout the day as if she is a real baby because she looks so real and she radiates baby joyfulness. Any little girl would love to have her as her very own baby. She has full vinyl legs and arms and her torso is cloth stuffed with fiberfill, I assume, so she cannot be put in a bathtub. I would have liked her to have an all-vinyl body but I assume the manufacturers want her to feel like a real baby and to have a little bit of weight, so they obtained that by using the cloth body with some kind of filling. Her arms and legs are not too movable. She has coloring on her skin that makes it look real and her hands and feet are in cute positions. I absolutely love Maddie and would highly recommend her! She also came with some accessories, which I know little girls will love, but I won't be using them since I mainly want her to use as a model.

I love it the baby looks real the Pacifier has is magnetic so it sticks to the baby's mouth the magnet is placed perfectly on the mouth it has veins, also the eyes are supperCute it has a birth certificate, bottle,bib and Pacifier the hands are cute the hair is really easy to style also,If you want to buy clothes for it it fits nb and I got mines for sale but if not for sale I would still buy it, also a great size!!

My 8 year old wanted the $400 real life like baby. Can’t afford that, so I purchased this one. She absolutely loves it! She takes it everywhere. We’ve had several ppl think it’s a real baby. Creepy, but I guess that’s the point haha.

She’s very cute and was decently priced. The only complaint I have is her with her hair. You can’t tell so much when you look at her straight on, but from any angle higher than that is very easy to see how thin the hair is on top. I suppose I could put a hat on her to hide it or maybe try to pin up the thick hair she has in the back somehow like some kind of dolly combover, but it’s definitely a disappointment as the main reason I purchased this doll was for her cute thick hair. The sides and back are super thick and very soft, but for some reason it seems the top was missed and is thin.
