The box is missing pieces e, f, g, h, l, m, and q. was this supposed to ship in two packages? am i missing a second package?

I think I received the other box that was supposed to be in your shipment! I’m missing all the pieces that YOU have.

To those who had missing pieces - did you ever get that resolved?

Well... in my case, I only got one box with the small upper parts. Amazon said they would send me a whole new desk at no charge and keep the small box with the upper parts. So....later in the week, I get 1 of 2 boxes...again! But this time it was the bigger box with the bottom part of the desk so now "technically" I have all the parts. However, Amazon incorrectly charged me for another whole desk as in charging me for two desks. However, in the end, they removed the charge and I ultimately got all the parts. But it was a cluster fox trot. Regardless, it's a great desk, and I am semi-confident that if you are missing parts Amazon will ultimately get it right in the end. Disappointing though.

Is it able to be disassembled?
