After the fire cuts off does it automatically turn back on when the temperature drops? Cheers

I personally switch the fire on and off remotely so this is something I have not tested or attempted to set up, I personally find it easier to flick between the heat modes and leave it on as long as required.

Is the white surround made of glass?

Ours is a black surround and it’s no glass

Does the screen get hot aswell asking for kids safety

No you have the option to turn off the heat and still use the fire display.

Hi I have this fire 10 months, and will not come on , fuse ok , can I get spare parts ? Could be the thermal fuse are the circuit board

Check the connections on the inside for a loose cable, not sure if you can get replacement parts though, but go direct to the manufacturer and see if they can help

Would definitely recommend

The media could not be loaded. Very stylish and cool electric fire, delighted with the quality. Great heat out of it. Was installed in my sons games room and I'm very tempted to buy one for the sitting room now! Very easy to fit and great value. Comes with a remote to turn on and off lighting and heat.

Great for the price

The media could not be loaded. Excuse the undecorated walls in video but in middle of renovations. This fire has really surprised us with how good it is for the price, heat is great though we bought it for effect rather than heat as I believe they can be expensive to run. The colour effects are fun and the speed of flames can be altered. Easy to install and looks the part. Some I had looked at where 4 times the price, this ticks all the boxes

Faulty product

Remote stopped working after 5 months and therefore I can not change the colour of the lights.Supplier is not contactable for support. Phone number does not exist and email bounces back.So order products at your own risk as there will be no warranty

Looks the part and easy to instal

I wasnt sure about this fire when it first arrived but now its up and running i have grown to love it. Easy to use, looks lovely with a variety of colours and the fact that you can sink it into the wall is a bonus.My only gripe is that the heat output isnt that hot, i have it in a medium sized room, any larger and I dont think it would heat it at all, for rooms smaller than 30sqm this is perfect though.
