I wish they made all their flanges longer than the originals. Only the 27mm & 28mm have longer tunnels.

The flanges that got from insurance are at such a weird angle I have to lean forward for the milk not to pull up around my nppls.They also are at a weird angle and hurt the top part. These wide neck version just so comfortable. You can also see into the flange well.

These are amazing! I saw someone mention these on a breastfeeding group. I exclusively pump, and I’ve tried so many different brand flanges (including very expensive ones). I loved that these had so many more sizes to choose from. They’re comfortable and had great suction! I was able to empty quicker than normal! I’ll be buying a few next time

This is a more comfortable fit than the 24 mm that came standard with my Spectra pump. Bought because I was having severe pain when pumping. I now have pain for the first minute but reduced friction and pain overall. Go to the Spectra or your pump website for the downloadable measuring tool to measure your Falange.

My parts came in a returned ziploc bag. You can see the water marks where someone tried to clean them before. I also got a size 23 and they were bigger than the size 24.
