Similar to what they used to sell at Costco
My husband has size 14 extra wide feet. He also has very big bone ankles and calves. Needless to say, most men’s socks are too small all around. He is also very picky about his socks. A few years ago they stopped selling his favorite socks at Costco. I believe these are them. He loves them, they fit perfectly! Soft for a while. Like most cotton socks, after a while they lose their softness. Yet they don’t lose their elasticity! I suggest using oxy clean, and not using bleach, to keep them white. Bleach will break down the fabric.Anyway, a good purchase! So much so that I immediately bought a second pack after we realized what they were like!

Just as advertised!
The balance between cotton and other fibers is just right. I've purchased these before, found them consistently comfortable, lasted for a few years, the this is my first re-purchase to replace those of the first purchase that'd worn out. Bottom line: good comfort; good lasting wear; good fit over the product life cycle. Wear? I wear these almost every day, obviously change daily, and the order before this one about a few weeks ago was in December of 2015, so when I say good lasting wear, I have history noted to establish that.

Nice thick socks, but....
These are nice thick socks, but.... we'll get to that in a minute. First I'll say that the older I get, the shorter I get, and the longer my feet are getting. I started out in my 20's a little over 6'2 with size 12 feet. Now 30 years later, I'm a little under 6'1 with size 13.5 feet. If this keeps up, they will have to bury me standing up. I can no longer wear regular length socks, and it is getting harder to find my shoe size in stock. They don't make a lot of shoes in half sizes over 13, so I have to wear 14 a lot. Well, that brings me back to the socks. They are nice, thick, and warm; so they take up some of the extra room in these shoes. As you see in the first picture, they fit perfectly. Actually they are a bit tight at first, and loosen up nicely after wearing them a little while. They don't wind up bunched up in the toe of my work boots like some. I do have to say that they are not the softest socks I've worn, and the fibers are not the most densely woven. (see second pic). For the price, they are very good socks.

Comfortable socks for all day
I've been using these sock for sometime now. They were carried by Costco but they stopped selling them. I think they are made for tennis players but use them for work. On my feet all day 12 hrs and these wick moisture away and have an extra thick bottom to act as a cusion. They hold up well, one exception is if you use too much bleach it will break down the elastic in the socks. This us true for any brand, after many years, I've worn them out and need to replace them. Great product

More and more dissapointing
These socks used to be great. I have been buying them for a few years since I couldn't find the good Head socks at Costco anymore. But the past year or so has been disappointing. They started shipping the pairs with the sock mates stuffed inside the other sock. That caused all the outside socks to be stretched super wide. Really poor idea. But they keep doing it even a year later! The last two shipments have had yellow stain spots randomly on the socks. It looks like I'm going to have to find a new sock maker. Sad.

Great socks
As many others have said, these are exactly the same as the "HEAD" socks that Costco used to sell. I have big feet (13+) and the XL size fits very well. These are the only types of socks I buy; I wash them and dry them in the dryer. Gradually the elastic in the ankle starts to go or they rip near the heel as I put them on. I toss them out and grab some more brand new ones. Completely interchangeable and so simple. Thanks Crescent Sock Company!
