What is the diameter of the Fan's motor? I plan to remove drum housing and install in existing through the wall fan duct that has 5" motor clamp

i'm not sure that's a great idea because this unit is designed quite well and puts out a lot of air..plus it is completely portable because of the wheels

What is the required amp breaker for the circuit ?

149 watts / 115 volts = 1.3 amps 1 hp 745 watts motor 1/3 hp = 149 watts

Has anyone use a misting system on this fan and how did it work?

I used the mister. Definitely cooled the air, I live in Phoenix and it gets between 115 - 120. The problem is keeping the mist away from the motor. The mist ruined the motor on my fan that was less than a year old. Really disappointed.

How many square feet will this fan accomodate?

Not sure of square feet but it works great in my garage.
