Pain release...
It took me a little time to get in the habit of using this, but now i love it! I have different kinds of pain in my legs (knees, feet and more). Few minutes on each leg seriously help me feel better. The masage you get is very deep. I havnt try other brands, i cant compare. Im happy with this product...

Damaged in shipment
I love this ball. It is a comfortable way to exercise my foot and keep my plantar fasciitis under control. However it came with a dent in it. This must have happened during shipping.

Way Too Much Give
It's way to soft and has a ton of give so it just flattens when you put your foot on it. I inflated it more but it mostly just started to round on the bottom. Needs to be much harder material to be effective.

Too soft for my needs
These pods were not spiny but rounded which for me were not adequate . They arrived half deflated . I later purchased a better quality pair for a little more money at a yoga studio but are perfect for my needs .
