Seem to be good quality. Plenty of pockets, great size for travel.

I used to buy first aid kits. One for the car. One for the truck. One for the camping box. One for the backpack. What happens to me is that half the stuff goes out of date, the cases are too large and the handy tools and items that don't expire that are left behind get tossed into drawers (tweezers, packaged gloves, handi-wipes, adhesive bandages, etc.). Tiring of this situation and assembling first aid kits into a sealed clear food bag, I wanted something durable, portable, and convenient that screams FIRST AID KIT in a way that a clear plastic sack does not.I am mostly satisfied with this. It is not waterproof and the zippers can be a little cranky (fabric wants to get caught in the teeth at the corners), but I didn't expect it to be different.For the cost, I think this is a great travel/car first aid pouch. My contents vary depending on where I keep the pouch, but some of the items I use include adhesive bandages, rubbing alcohol in a small bottle, a tube of triple antibiotic ointment, a pocket knife, a small lighter, some gauze and tape and some pain meds as well as allergy meds. In my backpack kit, I eliminated the knife and lighter (as I carry those backpacking) and added some pain patches for my back.I would urge you to look at this carefully, though. This will not make a great COMPREHENSIVE first aid kit and would be better for travel or basics. Bear in mind that it measures approximately 5 inches by 7 inches and works fine up to about 2.5 inches thick.

For the price, I'm pretty happy with these. I might have ordered something different for slightly more money, though, if I had known the following design flaws:• 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗽𝗼𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 "𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗴𝘆."These make it VERY annoying to get things in and out if they have corners – such as the packaging on bandaids, and tubes of Neosporin. These kinds of items are exactly what you're supposed to put in these pouches, and they snag like crazy.• 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟯 𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘇𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀/𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗰𝗵.It's very easy for the zipper to snag and jam on this material, especially when opening the pouch. Hopefully you're only using these pouches for everyday "ouchies" like when your kid scrapes his knee at the park, and not life-saving emergencies. In the latter case, having a zipper jam when you're trying to open this is NOT what you want to have happen. (I guess in that case you could just rely on adrenaline and break the heck out of the zipper to bust the pouch open.)That said, these are decent pouches overall and I'm satisfied with them for my purposes. They have enough pockets inside, and they're the right size to hold the basics you'd want to have for everyday use. I filled each of mine with all the following items:• 1 pouch of BleedStop powder• 5 packs of single-use Neosporin• 3 tubes of single-use eye drops• 3 packs of single-use antiseptic wipes• 5 each of small, medium, and large bandages• 3 extra large bandages• 3 knuckle bandagesThere's definitely room if I wanted to add a few more items like gauze or a pair of vinyl gloves.

I was looking for some small pouches to store first aid items for traveling and to add to another first aid kit. These could have been perfect for that. A couple of mesh pockets on one side, clear pocket on the other. Perfect to hold some bandaids, small tubes of ointments and some medicines. Exterior material seemed fine and durable. Interior also likely to last plenty long. Unfortunately, these are some of the worst zippers that I've ever encountered. They snag when trying to open the pouch, and it takes quite a while to get into the pouch. Not something you'd want when trying to get into a first aid kit, or for whatever you'd use these for. Not sure if you could use some wax or something to make these any better, but that's really not something I would expect to need to do. Too bad, as otherwise they would have worked well and were reasonably priced. Unfortunately these will be returned.

These were perfect for what I was needing and looking for. I put together first aid survival kids for my kids and a couple friends and gave them as a gift for Christmas. Loved that it actually has first aid on the front with the symbol - no need to second guess what bag your grabbing. Had enough pockets to sort the basics. Quality seems a bit on the cheap side but they are holding up well and have no complaints. Would order again and just might be in the near future.

Having to have medical supplies everywhere these are perfect size to have! I am able to have them in each car, my desk at work, my purse…they fit a lot and take up minimal space!

This type of med pouch is both handy in size as well as the number of items it can carry, all for light emegencies. Unfortunately these med pouches have horrible zippers. I'm returning my purchase as defective since at times I can't fully open or close them due to the zippers jamming up.

I use these at work to organize my first aid items in my duty bag. For the price great quality and versatility. Only thing I would suggest is having Velcro versus sewn on first aid logos. I actually used the blue bags for non first aid items.
