Cute lunch box
I bought this lunch box for my daughter. She needed something slightly larger than a regular lunchbox because she doesn’t carry a backpack to school. This is perfect for holding her bento box, water bottle, snacks, and small school supply items.After a few weeks of use, the shoulder strap and handle ripped off. I reached out to the company directly and told them what happened. They sent a replacement immediately. Hopefully the replacement does not have the same issue. But regardless, I am very impressed with their customer service.
