My dad has had 6 back surgeries and this helps him relax and sleep. I have one at my house for him too and can't recommend it or the company enough (had one little problem with the 4th one I bought -- 2 seats, 2 mats-- and they immediately sent out a replacement and shipped the defective one back).

Not comfortable
There are hard balls or something inside that after sitting on for hours hurt. Caused more discomfort than comfort. Heat works, massaging is okay.

May your experience be better than ours
I normally don’t leave reviews BUT truth is, this deserves one. Bought it for my oldest son as a Christmas present. He liked it (awesome!!) he plugged it in and sat...he loved it (super good!) he left it on (not more than a minute to get a drink) Went back only to get burned! ( super bad!) Pad got beyond hot in less than a minute ( extremely bad)!!! he unplugged it. he didn’t get badly burned BUT a burn is a burn y’all! (and scared to death too!..) Maybe ours was “the defective one” with a Manufacturing issue or maybe instead of a massager pad I should bought him more sweat pants ( who knows,right?!) But better be safe than sorry, I say!. So returning it asap! Good luck to all that buy it from now on...here hoping it works w/out issues.

GREAT WAY TO DESTRESS
GREAT MASSAGER. I JUST RELACED ONE I HAVE HAD FOR OVER 15 YEARS BECAUSE IT WAS WORN OUT. THIS NEW ONE IS JUST GREAT. SO MUCH MORE THAN WHAT THE OLD ONE WOULD DO. IT PUTS ME TO SLEEP IN MY CHAIR AND IT HAS AN AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF TIMER. THE HEAT BUTTON WORKS GREAT WHEN I AM CHILLY, I CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS MASSAGER. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!!!!!
