How does the palm rest feel like compared to the MacBooks?

Palm rest feels great compared to my 13.3" Macbook pro mid 2012. Its a 14.4" laptop so its has ample palm rest which ever position you use it. Thanks

No sabría decirte, lo que sí te digo es que a mí esa máquina me dio problemas cuando aun estaba en garantía, hablé al proveedor y todo era por correo porque ya no existen puntos de venta, la envié como me indicaron, luego simple y sencillamente me la regresaron y dijeron que no cubría la garantía porque tenía un pequeño rayón en la parte de abajo, busqué el rayón y nunca lo encontré, y si así hubiera sido, no tiene relación una cosa con la otra, así qué pensarlo bien antes de comprar este producto ya que no se hacen responsables si te llega a fallar, definitivamente no lo recomiendo, 1000 veces mejor comprar un Apple.

Is the ssd upgradable?

Yes! the SSD is upgradable. They don't make it the easiest to do but it is possible and not hard once you know how to do it. I am writing this to you on my laptop studio that I upgraded to 2tb SSD with 3500mbs read/write for only $175. You can just google how to upgrade ssd in surface laptop studio and there are youtube/videos that show the steps you need to do. The biggest piece is to remove the "sticker" covering the screws under the "ledge" of the laptop.

on microsoft website this laptops' cpu comes with i5-11300H or i7-11370H. so how come on amazon it comes with i7-11700?
