Ineffective product, I had high expectations for this marine collagen supplement, but it’s been disappointing. I’ve been using it for about a month now with fairly consistent intake, and I felt no effectiveness. Despite the claims, the collagen content doesn’t seem to do much, my skin feels the same, and if anything, my hair has become a bit more brittle, with some early hair whitening that’s really concerning. The quality just feel low, and instead of making things better, it caused mild stomach discomfort, gas and bloating. For the price, it really feels like a waste of money. I wanted to like it, but sadly, this one didn’t live up to the hype.
