Does the tube come with any sort of seal?

No seal on the one I purchased..

I just purchased this, why does this product smell so awful, like definitely dont want to put any where near my eyes... not sealed either!?

I found it too thick and messy to use. It didn't flow. I threw it away , no it wasn't sealed.

Looking at the list of ingredients I believe it is paraben free, yes.
