Great Tablet really durable and easy to use. My autistic son loves it. 100% Worth the money!

I bought this for a 2yr old little girl for Christmas. Upon receiving I went ahead and set it up so it would be ready to use Christmas morning, the set up was frustrating as it was so slow (takes about 5-10secs to do anything after pressing a button) and kept just going back to the start for no reason. After this i realised it wouldn’t charge but got it working in a different socket…my socket is not the issue. After gifting it the mother of the child was unable to get it charged after trying different sockets and plugs and wires so tried to get a replacement but the only option was return for refund however I got this on offer and after xmas it went back up in price so to repurchase id have been paying more for the same thing all because it was faulty. Fortunately Amazon refunded the money on to a gift card and added extra gift card balance to make up for the difference in price but after the hassle of this not working and not having faith ordering a new one would be any better, i paid a little extra (£9) and got hopefully a much better 10” kids tablet. I would not recommend this as even if it wasn’t faulty and charged I think it would still be infuriatingly slow. Tablet gets 0 stars Amazon get 5* for sorting my issue!

This was great while it lasted. Unfortunately it broke.Screen is poor.Gaming capability was OK for my 4 year old.Ease of use was OK but it was slow to start up.Size was perfect for a 4 year old

I love this product, it keeps my little baby busy in the morning when he wakes up. The videos are so educating for kids via early learnings. I encourage parents to get it for there kids.Though the battery goes down very quickly even without operating it

The tablet is a little slow but my son seems fine with it. Sadly the case stand piece broke and I can't figure out how to get it replaced under my warranty 🙃 the battery seems okay my son only has it for 2 hours spilt during the day.

Very cheap but perfect for a first tablet.Screen protectors aren't brilliant do order another as these don't work. (Bought two of these for my twins and both same)Charging plugs difficult to open being flimsy plastic thought I nearly broke one trying to open but thankfully didn't. Overall great little device.Only issue is set up wasn't easiest and can be quite slow.

Battery just dropped even without using it. I don’t understand why.. even with screen off keeps dropping. From 99% to 79% won’t usage, screen off within 8yrs

Was extremely dubious due to price but this tablet has been perfect for my 5 year old. We can set parental controls, download the CBeebies apps he likes to play, set up a little avatar for him and it has so much already built in! So impressed.I noticed a review that said it was useless as can’t set up a google account/ get past that screen and we did encounter this too, however I just set up the new account on my phone and then selected log in with existing account rather than create an account and problem solved - I do hope the person who posted that review reads this as it really is super little tablet once you get it set up.
