Can these be used in the microwave?

No, CRYSTALIA Breakfast On the Go Cups are not microwave safe. These cups are designed for the freezer with BPA free plastic.

Can you use it to make jelly with hot water?

I wouldn't use boiling water as they are plastic but you could mix the jelly in a bowl and pour into them whilst warm (not hot)

Are they microwave safe?

I never use it in the microwave.

Can you pour boiling water straight in? to make porridge?

I wouldn't recommend boiling water because it is not a food flask. Allow the porridge to cool before adding it in to the container. I use cold almond or oats milk to make porridge and leave it overnight in the fridge and take it out for 30 minutes before eating it.
