Matrix Biolage Styling Blue Agave Gelee Firm Hold Gel, 33.8 Ounce

This is the only gel we use in my house. I have been using this brand for over 15 years. It has remarkable hold, defines my curls in the summertime when I wear curly hair, and it holds my son's hairstyle all day. We'll never buy anything else. Worth the $$.

I am an older man, I bought this on recommendation from my GF because my she thought she was allergic to the hair gel I was using. This gel turned out great much better than the gels sold in stores. It holds the hair without stiffness and I even got compliments at work.

So far, this gel is awesome. I'm 45 and without this, my hair always ends up in my face. I was hoping to get something to keep it combed back as I don't care for the shaved head look. I am old school, but don't care for the greasy junk with all the dust and heat here in AZ. I believe the Blue Agave helps it last in the heat better as it is a product of Mexico and may be a good choice for the scalp.

Best gel hands down. I have naturally curly hair and my hair needs this product. I have been using it for over 20 years and there is nothing else like it. Rinses clean doesn't create build up and you choose the level of control you want from it. Gel and let air dry for a more controlled look or gel, style and let slightly air dry then run fingers or pick through for a fuller look without the frizz. I have tried many other products but nothing compares to Biolage gelee. I just wish it was easier to find in this large size.

This gel is not too heavy, yet has great staying power. My hair is very limp and goes flat immediately. This is the best everyday gelee I have found. On extra humid or rainy days I will mix a little Chi maximum control gel with it.

Not impressed with this "new" version at all. It gives no extra control at all. My hair is very straight, thick but fine. I need a gel to style, but when this is used, it feels like I have used nothing at all. Very disappointed in Biolage this time around!! Have used their products for years and now I will have to find something else!

Really like this product but wish it came in a smaller size. Very hard to manage or travel with.

This is the same as my beauty operator uses. It is so worth the extra cost over the cheap brands. There is no comparison. Now I know why beauty operators can fix hair so well. They use only the good stuff.
